We know that keeping pets happy keeps their owners happy, too! That’s why we offer a lifestyle that pet owners love at our pet friendly apartments. We believe in a clean, safe environment for all pets and that means respectful scooping of waste.
We welcome you and your pet to The Montecristo Pet Friendly Apartments. Please read about our pet policy below.
We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment home and the maximum weight limit for any pet is 60 lbs. Pets require a $300. non-refundable pet fee and $15. per month pet rent.
Breed Restrictions Apply. No aggressive breeds shall be permitted. Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include, but are not limited to:

Prior to approval of your application or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a “pet interview” with management and provide a certificate of health that states pet breed, age, weight, height and vaccinations received. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy.
There is a weight limit of 60 lbs.
We will photograph your pet for our records.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
